Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (we may be closed for lunch between 12:30pm-2:00pm)

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (appointments from 12:15 PM - 6:45 PM)

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

We are located in Providence Alaska Medical Center hospital. Our office is in the B-tower on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall in suite 212.

The best way to access our office is to park in the front of the hospital and use entrance #4 (pharmacy & imaging center, between towers A & B). You can also park in the garage and use the 2nd level entrance.
